At Iris Love Wellness & Boutique, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved especially for you. To honor our practitioners’ time and preserve availability for all guests, please review our appointment policy before booking.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

NO-SHOWS

Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next guest’s reserved time. The full scheduled service fee will still apply.

PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS

A late cancellation or missed appointment will result in the booked session being forfeited.

UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always aim to approach exceptional situations with care and understanding.
