Appointment Policy

At Iris Love Wellness & Boutique, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. To honor our practitioners’ time and ensure availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next guest’s time, while the full service fee will still apply.

Packages & Memberships
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session.
